Wingenious Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and the price you see is the whole price.

When the contract starts

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Nothing is agreed until we send the order confirmation email — that email is our acceptance, and the contract exists from that moment.

If we can’t accept it — the piece sold out in the seconds between your click and our system, we can’t print it, or we priced it wrong — we will tell you and refund you in full. We will not charge you for something we cannot make.

Drops, and what ‘sold out’ means

We sell in drops rather than seasons. A drop opens, it runs, and when it is gone it is gone — we do not quietly restock a piece that sold out, because the whole point of a drop is that it was a moment.

We do not number the pieces and we do not claim they are individually unique. They are standard garments, printed to order, in a run we chose to stop making.

Price and payment

  • Prices are in pounds sterling and include all taxes. Delivery is added at checkout — £3.95 standard, £6.95 express.
  • Payment is taken when you order, by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
  • If a price is obviously wrong — a £70 hoodie listed at £7 — we don’t have to honour it. We’ll tell you before we take any money, and you can walk away.

What you get

Everything is printed to order on blanks we name on the product page. We do not describe a garment as heavyweight, organic or numbered unless it is, and where a blank is mid-weight ringspun cotton the page says exactly that.

Colour on a screen is not colour in a room. Garment shades and print tones will vary a little from the photographs, and between one print run and the next. That is the medium, not a defect — but a cracked, misplaced or wrong-colour print is a defect, and we replace it.

Delivery and cancellation

Delivery times, costs and what happens if a parcel goes missing are on the delivery page. Your 14-day right to cancel, how to return something and how refunds work are on the returns page. Both form part of these terms.

Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave. Ownership passes when we have been paid in full — which, since payment is taken up front, is the same moment.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days to cancel a distance sale. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Beyond that, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, and not for anything that isn’t. We do not exclude our liability for the goods themselves.

Using the site

The photography, artwork, garment designs, the mark and the name are ours. Buying a garment buys you the garment — wear it, photograph it, post it, tag us. It does not license the artwork for you to print, resell or put on your own products.

Don’t try to break the site, scrape it wholesale, or buy stock to resell at a markup. We may cancel and refund orders that look like bot-driven bulk buying on a drop, because a drop that a reseller vacuums up in ten seconds is not a drop anybody else got a shot at.

Accounts

You can check out as a guest. If you make an account, keep the password to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it. We can close an account that is being used to abuse the site or its people.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it, and this page carries the date it last changed.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your own country’s courts.

Something wrong? Email orders@justconviction.co.uk first — most things are a five-minute fix. We are not signed up to an alternative dispute resolution scheme, so if we cannot settle it between us, the courts are the route.
