Delivery

UK only,
made to order.

Roughly a week, door to door. Here is where every day of that goes.

Last updated 4 September 2026

How long it takes

Printing takes 2–5 working days, then 2–3 working days with the carrier (next working day if you chose Express).

So a standard order placed on a Monday is usually with you the following Monday or Tuesday. Express buys you a faster carrier, not a faster printer — it saves a day or two at the end, not the printing at the start.

Drop weeks are the exception. When a drop lands, the print house has a queue, and the first few days of a drop can add two or three working days to production. If yours is going to be materially late we will email you rather than let you wonder.

What it costs

ServicePriceAfter dispatch
Standard£3.952–3 working days after dispatch
Express£6.95Next working day after dispatch

One delivery charge per order, however many pieces are in it. Prices are the total payable — there is nothing added at the door.

We don’t name a carrier, because we don’t choose one. The print house hands the parcel to whoever is running that route on the day. Both services are tracked, and the tracking number reaches you either way.

Where we ship

The United Kingdom, and only the United Kingdom, for now. That is a deliberate choice for the first drop: one currency, one set of consumer rules, no customs surprises landing on somebody’s doorstep as a bill. Everywhere else follows once we have this right.

Orders are printed and dispatched from the EU, and we pay any import duty and handling on the way in. You pay what the checkout said and nothing else.

Tracking

You get two emails: one when you order, and one the moment it leaves the print house with a tracking number in it. If the second one hasn’t arrived within a week, check your spam folder, then email orders@justconviction.co.uk and we’ll chase it.

Split parcels

Order two pieces and they may not travel together — different garments can finish printing on different days, and we would rather send you the first than sit on it. Each parcel gets its own tracking email. You are never charged twice.

If something goes wrong

  • Wrong address. Tell us within an hour or two of ordering and we can usually change it. Once it is printed and labelled we can’t.
  • Nothing has arrived. Give tracking a couple of working days to update, then email us. Until it is in your hands the parcel is our problem, not yours.
  • Damaged in transit. Photograph it as it arrived and email us. We replace it.

Delivery is to the address you gave us. If it is signed for there by somebody in the household or left in a safe place you nominated with the carrier, that counts as delivered.
