Returns
Changed your mind?
You have 14 days.
Everything is printed to order. That does not shorten your rights by a single day.
Last updated 4 September 2026
The short version
Fourteen days from the day it lands to tell us you want to cancel. Fourteen more to get it back to us. We refund within fourteen days of it arriving back. You pay the return postage; we pay for everything else.
Email orders@justconviction.co.uk with your order number and we’ll send you the address and sort it. No forms, no interrogation about why.
Your cancellation right, exactly
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in more than one parcel, the period runs from the day you receive the last of them.
To exercise it, tell us before the 14 days are up — an email to orders@justconviction.co.uk saying you want to cancel is enough. You can use the model cancellation form below, but you don’t have to. To meet the deadline it’s enough that you send your message before the period expires.
Made to order, and why it changes nothing
Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Your order is printed after you place it, which is how a small brand runs a real range without landfilling the leftovers.
There is an exemption in the regulations for goods made to a customer’s own specification or clearly personalised. It does not apply here, and we are not going to pretend it does. You picked a colour and a size off a page — that is a standard product, printed to order. Your right to cancel is the same as it would be if the hoodie had been sitting on a shelf.
The one thing genuinely outside the right is a garment we make to your own artwork or with your own name on it. We don’t sell those today. If we ever do, it will say so on the product page before you pay.
Sending it back
- Send it within 14 days of telling us you’re cancelling. Posted on the fourteenth day is fine.
- Unworn, unwashed, tags on. Trying it on is fine — that is what you would have done in a shop.
- You pay the return postage. Get a tracked service and keep the receipt: until it reaches us, it is your risk.
- If you have handled it beyond what was needed to check the fit and condition, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
Your refund
We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). We will make the refund without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back, or you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
It goes back to the card you paid with, and you will not be charged a fee for it. In practice Stripe takes a few working days to show it on your statement.
In plain terms on delivery: if you paid £3.95 for standard delivery, you get that back. If you paid £6.95 for Express, you get £3.95 back — the standard rate — because the extra was your choice of speed.
If it arrives faulty or wrong
That is a different thing entirely, and it is on us. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If yours isn’t:
- Within 30 days of delivery you can reject it outright for a full refund, delivery included.
- After that, we’ll repair or replace it. If that fails, you can have a refund.
- We pay the return postage on anything faulty, wrongly printed or wrongly sent. Send us a photo first and we’ll usually settle it without the parcel coming back at all.
A print is not faulty because it is not perfectly identical to the photograph — screen and DTG printing carry small variations, and that is the medium. A cracked, misplaced or wrong-colour print is faulty, and we will replace it.
Model cancellation form
You do not have to use this. It is here because the regulations say it must be available.
Complaints
Email orders@justconviction.co.uk and a person will read it. If we can’t sort it between us, we are not currently signed up to an alternative dispute resolution scheme, and you keep every right you have to take the matter to the courts of England and Wales.
